Very nice. Did show up over an hour and a half early but nice, respectful and did his job.
Overall great experience and they did an amazing job. it was easy to book an appointment. got my sofa and ottoman cleaned. there were some stains on the sofa and they are completely gone. they do text you before coming which was very helpful and took time to actually make sure they got all the stains out. i got the deluxe package with them.
