The people there are always friendly. Tanya is totally the best. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help her customers.

She knew what I was looking for and when this Chevy Tahoe came up, she called and told me about, did all the leg work, got the paperwork going and she drove it to our house so we could see it, then we were on our way to Robbins to sign for it. My vehicle had a recall on the dash so me and my Dad took it up there and they looked at it and said will call you in a couple of months so my Mom called them 4 months later and they said the dash hasn't come in yet so we was like okay so it's been 2 years now and my Mom called back and they tried to tell her we never brought my vehicle up there and they said they won't do it now because the warranty expired � I would never buy or deal with Robins Toyota in Texarkana terrible service !!

As much as I, and the ordinary human being, do no like the hassle of trading in your car on another...mine and my husband's experience at Robbins Toyota with Kali and Andy was far above what we came in expecting. They will treat you fairly and accommodate your needs to the best of their ability. While having another car payment was not was I was personally wanting...unfortunately, the need arose and I was more than pleased with our experience there.
