We love Dr. Robbins and staff! Dr. Robbins helped out our oldest while she needed some unexpected dental surgery!! She is kind, calm and very knowledgeable!!! Sandy the Hygienist is always up beat and fun and makes it a great experience, as does the entire staff. My kids love going to the dentist if you can believe it!!!
New expanded office looks great. Always greeted by friendly staff who have a great relationship with the kids. Lots of distractions for the kids.
I am very upset about the lack of professionalism with this office. My family has been patients of this practice for the past seven years. I called today to schedule three cleanings for my children one whom is special needs and has developed a relationship with Dr. Robbins and the staff, only to find out they no longer accept our insurance. I got no warning that they were no longer accepting our insurance and was treated poorly by the woman who answered the phone. Shame on this office for not alerting patients about this. Absolutely love this office! The staff is excellent!
Today was my sons 1st dental appointment. From the moment I walked in the door the staff at the front desk was very friendly. I was greeted and brief on what was going to happen. The receptionist didn't rush me, even allowed me to complete the paperwork after my son teeth was cleaned. My son loved the cleaned kid friendly facility. And as a mom I appreciate the staff that was patient with a first time experience. Overall I would recommend this pediatric dentistry to my family & friends. Thank you all!
