Always a pleasant experience at Robbins Eye. Going on 8 years now.
Oh, but I did express my concerns in writing, and it was suggested that I transfer to another provider if I thought Robbins was no longer a good fit.
From front desk throughout my exam personnel were friendly, helpful, concerned, and completely genuine. Questions were answered respectfully and effectively. Highly recommend this practice!
