I drove my Lincoln MKZ hybrid from Ft Lauderdale, FL to escape Hurricane Irma. My car needed 2 tires asap so I called around. Robbins & Franke's was the only shop that was able to order my tires, which are an odd size, and get them in the next day. I brought my car in at 9:30am and it was ready by 11am. The guys were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!!!
Over the last two years, I've purchased 6 tires from Robbins and Franke for my daughter's 2007 Passat Wagon. I had a problem today with a pressure valve (the type with a pressure sensor). R&F wanted $40 to replace the valve. When I questioned the price (the valves are available online for about $15 bucks), your rep (sorry, didn't get his name) was rude and muttered something about having to pay 50k in rent. I drove down the road to Fort Lee Tire where"Nick" cleaned the valve, which apparently just had a little corrosion on i... read more
Twice I went back and the tire rotation was still not done right. It was explained and still done completely the opposite. To top it off I had to tighten all the bolts on each tire. THEY WERE ALL LOOSE. I wouldn't trust or recommend
My girlfriends tire pressure light came on in her car, after adding air too two of the tires the light remained on, she was upset as she had a very important meeting to make, we drove over to Robbins and Frankie's and Bob met us with a smile, immediately dropped what he was doing to help, he diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it right away at no charge, I can't thank him enough and I will with no hesitation recommend his Business to everyone I know!!
