The office manger was highly incompetent. She was supposed to call meback to me 3 different occasions and never did. I called back her back the 4th time and she took a attitude with me and was advised I was being dropped as a patient.I hope she was replaced now but just saying watch out

My first glasses were metal circle frames, purple with pastel paint splattered designs on them, I was only 7 yrs old. That was the day I realized brick houses had MANY bricks. YES I would highly reccomend having LASIK done here. Lisa was amazing , she took the time to explain and answer any questions you may have. it took me a quite a few months to prepare my eyes. I was frustrated that I couldn't get my LASIK at first but understood that Dr Robbins wanted to make sure I had the best outcome. finally after all my checkups and eye thereby I had to do it will be 2 years this summer !!! I so wish I hadn't waited so long to make my free consultation. The whole staff is wonderful!!

I went through Lasik 5 days ago. For the first time in basically my entire life, I have vision again in my left eye. I am still recovering but can already see a huge difference in my eyesight. Lisa has been amazing and she has prepared me for every step of this process without surprise, and with a huge amount of support and encouragement.

My husband had his lasik surgery a year ago and he says it’s one of the best decisions he ever made. The staff at both the Webster and Hornell offices were great from the first consultation to the last follow up appointment.
As many have said the staff is great. Started with a miscommunication that they quickly resolved and followed up on. 20/15 after lasik and never a wait when you go in.
