The office manger was highly incompetent. She was supposed to call meback to me 3 different occasions and never did. I called back her back the 4th time and she took a attitude with me and was advised I was being dropped as a patient.I hope she was replaced now but just saying watch out
Had surgery there back in 08 with no problems. Went back recently to see what the options were due to one eye changing. I was told that person in charge of this would call me back in a couple days after she consulted with the Dr. A week went by so I called her back, she said she forgot but would call me back asap with a answer.
