Robbin was awesome! Every person she referred for lending, legal, inspections were top notch. She found us almost exactly what we were looking for while staying with in 2 small elementary school districts for our son's charter school requirements. She is straightforward, very fast and patient with questions; and she worked quickly to get us a better price and negotiate repairs. We were able to get from offer to closing check list items done in about 2 to 3 weeks. Highly recommend for Robbin!!!

Robbin was excellent in organizing the sale of my sister’s condo. We had in mind to attract investors, and did so with great success. In the space of 3 days, my sister and I were able to settle on an offer, which was well above the Listing Price that had been set. Robbin also was able to quickly direct us to additional services we needed – a cleaning crew, for example. We are very happy to have had Robbin as my sister’s Real Estate Agent!
