Robbin was excellent in organizing the sale of my sister’s condo. We had in mind to attract investors, and did so with great success. In the space of 3 days, my sister and I were able to settle on an offer, which was well above the Listing Price that had been set. Robbin also was able to quickly direct us to additional services we needed – a cleaning crew, for example. We are very happy to have had Robbin as my sister’s Real Estate Agent!

Highly recommend Robbin. We worked with her to sell our condo in eight days and found her just wonderful in many ways: she is very knowledgeable, goal-oriented, and organized; has great communication skills; has a fine network of helpers (tradesmen, legal, cleaners) and is a genuinely nice person with your success as the goal. She stayed on top of every detail and kept things moving through some unexpected challenges. Very positive, kind, helpful, excellent realtor!

We had Robbin help us both buy and sell and she was great throughout all of it! She’s easy to talk to and very responsive, she makes sure all parties are in the know and follows up with people consistently. She’s was able to explain the process which, as a new buyer, was very important. She got our condo under contract in less than 2 days and helped coordinate us through a very short closing period on our new house. I would highly recommend her for your buying or selling needs!
