I googled plumbing services and after several calls, I called Robbie's Plumbing the 4th of July weekend when two toilets wouldn't flush, and were backing up into the bath tub. I called and asked for same day service because we were having a 75th birthday celebration for my sister, and within the hour, Chris was there and assessed the situation. My neighbor who did not pay what I did recommended Robbie’s plumbing to me. I called on a Wednesday and they sent someone out the next morning to replace my shower faucet and shower head. I purchased the items myself and had them ready to use. The job was completed in 10 minutes. I think I went into a state of shock when he told me how much. $295.00 for 10 minutes of his time. That is a service charge of $157.00 plus the plumbers service and time. I am sorry but I do not see how they can justify that charge. I will not be re... read more
