My first visit to this auto shop, and what a pleasure!!! Not only are they accommodating, friendly and conscientious, they are also reasonable. I thought the personal service went away with the Patti Bartak Malits family, but there is another family taking up the torch!!! Can not say enough good about these folks!!
From walking in the door I felt very welcome. The prices are extremely fair and Robbie was very pleasant. They are very descriptive and provide you with plenty of information and pictures of your car. Definitely will be returning for any future maintenance!
I highly recommend this shop an couldn't be happier with the work and customer service I have received. I wouldnt take my jeep anywhere else, they are straight forward an honest with there services, an won't sell you anything they don't honestly think you need to help your vehicle run for years to come. as an active duty member of the U.S Coast Guard engineering dept. who's constantly in the engine room working, it's nice to have a family off the ship I can count on to get a job well done. Robbie has taken care of my car for the last 5 years. He does excellent work and keeps me informed as to what's going on, my estimates, and when it will be finished. Everything I have had to have done so far it has been completed within a day or two at the most. Very friendly staff yet very businesslike. Thanks Robbie for all you do.
