The property had very reasonable rent. Management was polite and helpful and always took care of any issues that came up. Never had any issues with anyone from the company and they always did what they said they would do. Moved away for work but if I come back I’d definitely rent from Matt and Robb Real Estate again

Matt was bad. He didnt tell us someone already applied to the apartment we viewed. We said if we need to cosign, no problem. He said we should be ok not cosigning. Then we find out someone got the apartment in my daughter’s place. We could have easily qualified and out scored the other renter but did not get a chance. Don’t go with them. They don’t know what they are doing and certainly don’t care! We went with a better, higher rated agency and had no problems.

Just within the past five months, I've tried reaching Dan at Robb Real Estate regarding a rental in Allison Park, PA, and have received ZERO responses via email and phone. This seems to be the unfortunate case with others; however, I just received an automated newsletter saying the property has been leased, but the website says differently. They either need to be more efficient about answering emails or update their system.

Lived in one of their Allison Park residences, and man, what a terrible experience. Maintenance wasn't available when we needed it, and when it did arrive, the issue was only resolved for a limited amount of time. The only plus side was the rent was somewhat reasonable, but outside of that not a great experience with this company.
