Doctor Saito is a wonderful and caring Psychiatrist. Not sure why there are negative reviews, but I’ve never had a negative experience with him as my Psychiatrist of years. Him and his team always answer my concerns incredibly quickly and are very helpful anytime I have a question.
Dr. Saito has been amazingly helpful and informative. After constantly being prescribed SSRIs by multiple physicians for the past, Dr. Saito was able to recognize that those were not working and try another medication that worked differently but still handled the same symptoms I was experiencing. To finally have someone prescribe something that works is a great feeling!
This doctor does not care about his patients at all. He spends 5 minutes and prescribes an SSRI. He does not return messages and does not follow up.
Smart and helpful, but rushed me out with 6 min appointment that costed $65 co-payment. My appointment was at 2:00PM, and I arrived before that. He invited me at around 2:12PM so he was late on his fault. We talked for about 3 minutes before he started walking to the door and rushing me to end. I forced him 3 questions to make it a 6 min appointment, but that was all I could do, so I left at 2:18PM. I expected many an apology or partial refund, though I was not assertive enough to ask for one.
