Valerie Post and her team are FANTASTIC! She helped us purchase our first home and we hit some hurdles but she and her team managed to fix all of them. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste anytime and work with anyone else in Boston, they are the best!
Robb and his team were fantastic throughout. They helped me understand the process and set the right price for the property, they were excellent at marketing the unit, including great looking ads and open houses. In the end they managed to get the unit sold in a very short period of time and for virtually full price!
It's a rough time to hunt down a house, and our own journey took a little over 6 months. During this entire time Robb and Alex were always able to make it to open houses on a last minute notice, write up and throw in an offer (and offer some consolation as we lost many properties). But they stuck with us, and we ended up in a home we love and would fully recommend anyone else looking for someone to tackle this zany market, to consider Robb & his team.
