Customer service just doesn't work providing clear information about service range and scheduling process. Pricing is done and open to the technician, without a clear policy or pricing table from the company. Service is average quality. Came here to balance all positive reviews that lead me to hire them.
THE CARPET CLEANER FROM ROBARGE CARPET CLEANING WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE.. HE CLEANED TWO OF OUR CARPETS THAT WERE STORED FOR A LONG TIME AND WE DECIDED TO USE THEM AGAIN.. THE CARPETS WERE HEAVILY STAINED AND SMELLED BAD.. BUT THE WORK THAN GUY HAD DONE DID MAGIC.. HE WORKED HARD WITH NO RUSH AT ALL AND GAVE IT A VERY THOROUGH TREATMENT.. THE OUTCOME IS AMAZING AND THE CARPETS LOOK VERY NICE.. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROFESSIONAL COMPANY..
