Good doctor but the lack of internet email is a non starter for most. Office staff is cranky and difficult
I have been a patient there for a few years. I look forward to going to this doctor mostly because of the office manager, Michael. When I went for my yearly appointment I found out he no longer works there. When I asked where he was I was first told he was off and then I overheard the tech saying he’s no longer here. He definitely kept the office running and organized. Not sure if I will continue going there. My friends have said the same thing. We went to the office to see him, and then we got our eyes checked!
The whole experience was horrible, I called in June for an appointment, and waited 6 mos, Moved from California and friends had told me how great the doctor was. I waited in my car for over an hour only to be victimized by the front desk woman. This person should never work in an office with patient contact. I called just to ask if they had forgotten about me and her response was " well your lucky you got an appointment" The doctor was fine, but with an employee like that, I doubt I will ever go back. Excellent ophthalmologist . . . whould recommend her to anyone. My whole family has been seeing her for many years.
I would not recommend this person to a family or friend because I do not have the heart to be that cruel.. this person will schedule you for an appointment and will not actually see you when your appointment time has been scheduled yet rather an hour and a half later you will be called back for your exam... this is just not acceptable and then when it is mentioned to the doctor she tells the patient they are welcome to go elsewhere. Rudeness and ignorance! We all have lives too!
