My husband and I highly recommend Rob Todd and Sarah Morris if you are looking for a home! They are wonderful! They sat down with us and went over everything to make sure we understood everything since this was our first time buying a house. They have kept us in the loop every step of the way and they are always there to help! We absolutely love them and are so very thankful that they helped us build our home!
Rob Todd and Sarah Morris have been nothing short of AMAZING. They were willing to meet my husband and I after 5pm so we wouldn’t have to take time off of work. Rob Todd real estate does not take pride in their work. We found multiple problems in a "new construction" through an home inspection. The problems were relatively major considering it was a new home. The builder was OKAY with selling a home with foundation problems and refused to fix them. If you are looking at a home built by Rod Todd, please make sure you have an detailed inspection completed.
