Not only was he 2 hours late for work he broke my front camera and would not take responsibility for it. Sure, he fixed my cracked screen, while doing that he tampered with the front camera lens and now the camera does not work. (The fromt camera worked prior to taking it to him.) never will I go there again or referr anyone to him!

Surprised anyone would go to this guy - incompetent and aggressive, tried to get upsell my girlfriend a whole bunch of stuff. I had to go myself and practically stand over his shoulder to make sure he didn't try to force upgrades on her. A lot of other repair stores around, not worth dealing with this crook.

ATTN APPLE CUSTOMERS: Rob the Phone Doctor charges $130 to replace a broken iPhone 4 screen. The Apple store will charge you $150 for a BRAND NEW iPHONE if you accidentally broke yours. By no means am i discrediting the work that Rob does, I am simply providing those of you, who are in the same situation as myself with a broken iPhone 4 screen, with some valuable information.
