John Ryan was great to work with as a first-time home buyer. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and found us plenty of options in our preferred locations and price range. Most importantly, he had many solid recommendations for inspectors, handymen, and any other referrals. Those referrals were much appreciate to price out the costs of repairs and upgrades before closing, and as we started work on the house once we moved in. Rob worked with us tirelessly for a full day and 17 houses to find the right one since our time was limited to just that one day. We didn’t find ‘the one’ that day, which was disheartening, so Rob dug deep, using his connections and found a house the next day that wasn’t on the market but was nearly ready. I cannot say enough great things about Rob Smith and his team. As first time home buyers, Rob made our entire process easy and helped along every step of the way. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Atlanta area and we ended up making an offer and purchasing a house that was not even officially listed yet. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!
