Made an appointment a week and a half ago. He never followed up. it's been 11 days I still haven't heard from him and I left a message on his phone. He doesn't want to deal with people out of the city of Bakersfield even though he's getting paid for it

I have had people try to fix my spa before, Rob came out an assessed the situation ordered parts came back and had it fixed such a very nice guy, I will definitely be using him from now on.
Hired Rob to put in new pump to fix waterfall. Installed pump but unable to fix waterfall. Suggested we get plumber to check lines. $400.00 plumber bill showed no bad lines, and we had wrong pump installed. Called Rob back, he immediately put new bigger pump at no extra charge and off set what we paid plumber, with year supply of chlorine. He made things right. Would recommend Rob for his customer service.
Yay! Rob’s Pool & Spa Repair got our Cal Spa back up and running. Had a bad 50 amp GFCI breaker GIF breaker. Actually installed new breaker box for the new GIF breaker. Thoroughly checked our entire spa. His service was friendly, quick and professional. Thank you Rob and his son Manny. Rob Enns, a new customer!
