Rob came through and got involved on a project that was complicated by another professional (HVAC) making his job harder and the management of the logistics and outcome more complicated. He was patient, took his time to walk through the site and to help us figure out what was going on - even when it wasn't completely clear. I really appreciated that he slowed down to care when it wasn't a routine job and required more effort. Thanks, Rob!
