We had the pleasure of working with Joe Glass. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint! We were moving from Nevada to Maryland and from day one he was very communicative and went above and beyond through the whole process. He did our initial viewing of the home (virtual tour for us) and pointed things out. He also did the final walk through and made sure everything checked out. If you are a first time buyer in md, wv, va then joe glass is the agent for you. Joe went above and beyond to get the house we wanted. Any time a hurdle came up he helped me over it, or was immediatly able to connect me with someone who could. I want an agent who has connects to electricians, plumbers, foundation experts, permit people and joe has an impressive rolodex. If you are buying, and you need an agent to take the stress of your plate then there is only one answer and that is joe glass.
