I get to say I am waling into 2025 a first time home owner because of Chau Tran! Chau was with me through the process from day 1, he saw my budget, balanced practicality with hope, and did not let me settle; and I got my home with everything I wanted and more. Chau is a strong agent who will look with you, be patient in times of uncertainty, and remind you what you are looking for when you debate giving up/in. I would not be in the home I am in now if not for him. I 1000% recommend to anyone looking.
