Roarke Landscaping I have lived in my apartment complex for 2½ years, and unfortunately Roarke Landscaping's work has remained consistently poor. They don't use grass-catching bags on their mowers, so grass clippings are blown into air conditioning units, flower beds, and shrub areas. The buildup of clippings prevents proper drainage, causing water to collect and run onto the sidewalks. They also blow clippings under stairwells instead of cleaning them up.
