The food is lovely, the service is outstanding, the only problem I have is that they permit open carry, and I don't like guns with my ham biscuits.
Just left the Roanoker. Food was ok but the reason we won't be back is because while I was waiting on my son to come out of the restroom, I overheard our waitress, Chelsea, complaining about the tip that was left for her with her co-workers. I understand that waitresses work for tips but the amount of those tips depend on quality of service and the amount of your bill. Place is NOT what it used to be! Save your money AND appetite and take both elsewhere
We went there last week. There were six of us. We're all got different foods. My wife and I got the seafood platter. The plater was half empty. No French fries. She said I ask for corn bread so i didn't get fries. There was suppose to be crab cake and I had to ask the waitress twice where it was. I finally got something that did not taste like krabb I'm not sure what it was. When we left the casher spent her time putting coins in the coin changer.
