Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Totally yes Do you think this provider would be willing to pursue advice from other professionals if they run into a snag in your treatment? Definitely Did this provider seem knowledgeable and competent? Definitely

The point in making an appointment is to work around your busy schedule. I have been sitting here waiting for my son to be seen for almost 2 hours. Everyone who has checked in after us (first timers as well whos appt is after my sons) have been seen. This is the WORST place for a child to be seen AND to get them to their other appointments on time. I would not recommend this dentist.

Yes Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Absolutely Did you feel that your visit with the provider was time well spent? Absolutely yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes

Was this dentist's staff friendly? No, they were rude Was this dentist friendly? Friendly Enough Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? Mostly Would you recommend this dentist to others? No

Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address e... read more

Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
