This Historic Bed and Breakfast offers 8 rooms , a private Bungalow- and a fully furnished historic home called the "Croatan Cottage". All of our Inn rooms offer private entrances, private baths, tv, ac,wifi.charging stations, beautifully appointed. 5 of our rooms will sleep 2 with King beds. 3 rooms will sleep 3-4 guests. My husband and I stayed there for a long weekend. The Inn is spectacular! Near everything and a quick drive to quiet beaches. Staff exceptional! Rooms are very clean! Very welcoming place to lay your head at night!
We were guests of the Roanoke Inn last week. There is nothing bad to say. Our room was spotless and decorated in beautiful antique furniture, that was polished daily. The garden has a koi pond, and what I called a "reflection " chapel. There were free bicycles to ride around the island.Jason ,the owner, was helpful in every way, and the groundskeeper made us feel as if we belonged there. We loved this inn! We stayed in the bungalow with our 2 kids and our golden retriever. The property is super cute and the owners and very nice. It’s in close proximity to lots of restaurants and activities. We only had to get in our car to drive to the beach. They have a Tesla charger on site too. Will definitely be back.
No words can describe the lovely town of Manteo, experienced from the home base of the Roanoke Island Inn. It is a fully sensory interlude, which will leave your soul and mind refreshed and wistful for simpler times, places, and people.
The Inn is located at an excellent location in downtown Manteo -- walking distance to shops and excellent restaurants. The views were amazing and the service at the Inn was outstanding! I'm looking foreword to returning soon!
I've been staying at the Inn for several years now and five stars aren't enough! Where do I start? D is an incredible, gracious hostess. I seriously could go on and on about what a fantastic innkeeper she is and the level of hospitality she displays on every visit. Absolutely love seeing her face first thing when we arrive!
