I rented from them for 7 years. Honest company, always responded quickly to any issues, and friendly staff. They're a rare find amongst property management companies.

I had a horrible experience over the phone last week, was on hold for over 20 minutes. The same happened when I arrived, no one was there to greet me, and the place smelled like wet dog!

They neglect properties and disrespect tenants. It's very difficult to get them to do even critical repairs and the maintenance guy they usually hire rarely completes repairs adequately if at all, plus he is dismissive and rude, especially to women. I'd not recommend renting with them, nor using them to manage your properties unless you're okay with it crumbling down and decaying around the tenants. Susan was the property manager I worked with if I remember correctly.

I've been with roanoke for almost 10 years! That should say it all. Any issues I've ever had were addressed in a timely manner. Any issues I've caused were addressed with understanding and compassion. Given me nothing but helpful advice and options. I will continue to rent with these folks for as long as I don't own a house or if this one ever gets sold. Which could be a while in seattle. Thank you, Mark and Penny, for everything!

The Roanoke Group should make some major improvements to their company. Having to pay by check creates an unnecessary hassle when paying rent, when most other companies have ways to pay online. When moving in, our unit wasn’t completely cleaned. We had a few necessary maintenance issues in our apartment that when we tried to reach out for fixes, we would never hear back from, so we would have to fix it ourselves.
