This place looks nice on the outside but it’s only a façade. There is mold underneath the double layered tile flooring. Every 4 months is a new outbreak of bedbugs that you are required to pay over 400 dollars for a service that is only guarantee for 3 months. The electrical system is over 40 years old and doesnt work properly. Unfortunately leaving this review because I felt completely disrespected. Their website shows the dates and times to do a tour for which I scheduled one. Once I arrived the place looked fine but then me and my boyfriend tried to go into the leasing office we were screamed at by the maintenance man that they were closed and there was a sign on the door saying that, however there was nothing indicating that they were closed. Since I first got in touch with Gian to look for an apartment here, we always got the best customer service. All the process was very smooth, he was very accommodating, and the communication is great. We’ve been living here for 5 months and we don’t have anything to complain about. Maintenance is always quick and the apartment is nice. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
This may seem like a negative review but it’s NOT! I’ve been a resident for 5 years here in roanoke apartments. It’s a quiet community but had some age for years I would reach out and try to get issues fixed and could not. Gian the new office manager has been the first in all that time to immediately take action on correcting issues with my unit. He has been communicating the whole time with me to help keep me in the loop and he’s moved mountains to fix my issues. He makes me hopeful for another 5+ years as a resident knowin... read more
Gian is the most amazing person I’ve ever spoke with when looking for a place to call home. He made the entire process so easy and was absolutely amazing!!! The whole staff there is wonderful. If you need help or are interested ask to speak with Gian.
