I cannot say enough good things about Roanoke Animal Hospital. I've been taking my dog there for the past two years and they are wonderful. A few days ago Ellie (my German shepherd) was diagnosed with DM and they were extremely comforting and gave great advice on how to help her in the remaining time she has left. Whether its care while healthy or end of life, their doctors & techs are tops.
Dr. Hart, and everyone at RAH is exceptional. They worked tirelessly to care for our loved ones. Thanks for all your hard work and God bless you!
My cat is in some kind of serious distress and RAH refused to see me without payment in full. That says A LOT about what you truly care for, it isn't animals. Luckily VINTON VETERINARY will see here tomorrow and assist my sick cat with no upfront pay. I suggest all your patients reevaluate what your mission truly is.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We recently moved to the area and were very nervous about finding a new vet for our 1-year-old puppy. We came to this office by the recommendation of a friend in town. The front desk crew is always nice and helpful over the phone and in-person. They always seem to fit me into their busy day when I call the morning of for an emergency case. Dr. Hart and all the ladies took such excellent care of our little Priscilla. She was very sick, they got her in right away, provided constant care for the couple days it took to get her back on her feet, and kept in touch with me the whole time. I've loved this practice since we started there around 2007, and I couldn't imagine anyone taking better care of our sweet dog.
