I've always had mediocre service experiences at Roak, but in the past the beer quality made up for it. Last Friday took the cake, though. Our waiter was bad at communicating the issues happening in the kitchen, changing the story many times after an hour wait for a few sandwiches. When our hour wait kept growing for 15-30 more minutes, he made sure to tell us the problems weren't his fault, but the kitchen's.
