There service sucks that only care about there check really don't care about anyone else but there self
my peer support counselor, psychiatrist and counselor have literally saved my life. I've been here almost a year now and they've really helped me get back on my feet. things are still hard, but oh my gosh they're so much easier. thank you so much for not only improving my life, but saving it aswell 🩷 there's a lounge which is pretty cool, a laundry room where you can wash your clothes, a closet of clothes for you to borrow for events if need be, and they do group activities often. it's a really awesome program. Switched my therapist and psychiatrist to a terrible one after only a few months.
One therapist lied on paperwork and caused me to be discharged. Once I had the discharge reversed and was placed with another therapist, she got a promotion and now I have to leave the entire facility and go somewhere else. Where I loved the new therapist that I had and she was awesome. I understand that people have to move up in life. And I don't blame her one bit but for the love of God if you need mental health help go somewhere else
One woman lied on my paperwork about me having an income and about my family status. I missed ONE therapist appointment and i got discharge papers stating ive “fullfilled my goals” when i HAVE NOT. They do not care about your needs or wants, only their paycheck. Absolutely beyond me how this place is still running.
