Charges consistently for overages but supposedly they have cameras to monitor the amount in the dumpsters. Several times I have gotten a past due notice from the subcontractor that the bill is not paid and I have to continually go back to Roadrunner about paying THEIR bill. I would NEVER recommend this company. Once we get to the end of our contract, they are history.

as a commercial customer they outsource my trash pick up, overcharge me and then dont pay the company that does the actual work. as a result i end up with demand letters from the local waste management company while they claim i am under contract

We are commercial manufacturing business and need our waste pickup to be timely, not to mention way pay for pick up 3 times a week. They miss pick up frequently, and then find a way to make it seem like it's your fault. The customer service rep is terrible and you have to beg for credits for the missed pick ups.

As a commercial customer, we have had many months of poor service, no trash pick-up, property damages, and office non-responsiveness. We've been forced to cancel our contract and seek other waste management. You should look elsewhere.

Worst company you could possibly work. Underpaid, customer service sucks, micro management, do not pay out commission correctly and I could go on and on. Avoid working here at all costs and would leave 0 stars if I could

If I could give zero stars I would. They are completely useless. Their customer service is awful, specifically Melissa M. She was rude, never returned phone calls and would only correspond by email. They claimed they would be saving money but were charging more than every other company in the area. They have contracts on auto renewal and even after I told them to take us off they continued to auto renew. RoadRunner is a complete BS scam! They don't save you money because, they overcharge in other ways. Watch your account! with added late charges, prices increases, not coming on scheduled days, picking up recycle & trash in same truck. Their customer service is just as bad if not worse, do yourself a favor and find another option!

If I could give less than one star I would! This place is a joke! They over promise and under deliver. NOTHING they told me was true and they left me owing tons of money for a contract they said they bought out but did not! TOTAL SCAM!!!

They are the worst. Will not remove Cardboard. They come up with all kind of excuses. Three month no service. Plus to get out of contract there are charges. Waste Management direct. Much better service. and save 126.00 per month.
