Diana was fantastic! She explained everything and was polite. Came in before wanting custom plates about a week ago and that person told me I had no insurance when I did have it. I'm from Texas thinking that my insurance was ok but it wasn't. He explained if I didn't get it within a couple of weeks my registration would be suspended. Well I got Arizona insurance that same day and Diana told me my registration had been suspended. He cost me 80 bucks...BE CAREFUL TO DOT YOUR I'S AND CROSS YOUR T'S.

Elsa was kind professional and efficient. Least amount of time I’ve waited at a MVD, she made the process seamless. I was renewing my registration and she explained every charge and what was happening. Great experience overall. Great rate for 2 years of registration as well.
