Jay showed up approximately 30 minutes after he called and told me he was on his way. He was very professional, and quick. The whole pickup process was done in less than 15 minutes and all the junk I've accumulated for the past 2 and half years was gone. I highly recommend and plan on using them again!

Always a great experience with great service from this company. Super easy to set up and very accommodating through the process! Just finished a spring clean and got it hauled off with the help of my driver Jay. 10/10

This will be my second time renting a driveway dumpster from JBG and I will continue to be a repeat customer. Jay was the pro that delivered the dumpster this time and to say he was skilled, thoughtful and kind would be an understatement. He was able to work with a challenging delivery situation and still made it as convenient in us as possible. The in office team is quick and kind as well. Thankful to know and trust this company!

Jay and the rest of the Junk Bee Gone crew were absolutely fantastic! Even from the time I called and spoke with the sweet operator to schedule, I knew i was in good company. Jay showed up right when expected, was extremely professional, helpful, and got my dumpster down fast! He took the time to politely answer all of my questions and make sure I was situated. With a representative like him, it's no wonder this is the third time I've used this company, definitely won't be the last!

I had a relatively large wooden play set in my backyard that was a complete eyesore. Called JBG and they had two guys here within days of getting a quote. They got here on time with an empty dumpster and a chainsaw and within a couple of hours they had it down and cleaned up. Both guys were wearing company shirts and a clearly marked truck. They were professional and very nice in spite of the extreme heat we’ve seen here in Knoxville lately. The price was fair and would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thank you JBG!
