Great company! We needed a dumpster for a weekend job with very little notice! Jay showed up quickly with a dumpster and put it in the exact spot we wanted. He was courteous and friendly! Would highly recommend!
I’ve gotten a dumpster twice now and had an excellent experience both times, from office staff to drivers. Great communication from all, calls about delivery & pickups - everyone was friendly and willing to answer any questions. I was worried about some things sticking out too far and Jay assured me he’d adjust as needed at pick up. Overall I’ve been very pleased with pricing and their services! Will continue to use as needed & have recommended to others.
Ordered a dumpster at 10:30PM Online and received it at 8:00AM the next day. True, the delivery person,Jay, stated my timing was excellent but it still left an outstanding impression. I need another dumpster in two weeks and without any hesitation I will be calling Junk--B-Gone not only because of my previous delivery but because of the friendly services of Jay who has been with the company for 20 years. Don't get him talking about Jimmy Buffett!
The whole process was amazing. I received the dumpster super quick. When it was time to be collected, Jay called to let me know he was 15 minutes out. He was super professional on the phone and even threw in a bag I had forgotten off to the side. Definitely will use this service again.
Rented a 15 yard roll-off dumpster for a week for my annual spring cleaning. Worked wonders because I didn’t have to go back and forth to the local dump. Very reasonable for the price and size. Jay was great setting it up in the back of my house and when he came to pick it up. Will use again and recommend them to anyone wanting to do some spring cleaning and/or getting rid of old furniture.
