They don’t know what they’re doing. In reality I wouldn’t expect a mechanic to know EVERYTHING about EVERY vehicle but they don’t even take the time to actually research what needs to be done. Go at your own COST.
mr jay is great guy take care of my mercedez very well great staff friendly service best auto repair shop thank you so much
I can't recommend this shop enough. It took a little time to sort everything out, but they went above and beyond to help me navigate a claim with Carvana/Silverrock, which ended up saving me a good amount of money and the wait was absolutely worth it. On top of that, the service was personable and genuinely kind from start to finish. It's rare to find a shop that treats you like a person and not just a transaction. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, quality work.
This shop is a busy place because they’re popular, so you might have to wait a minute. They’re popular because they know what they’re doing, and they don’t waste your time. This is not a fancy place, but if you are patient, they will take care of you. Effortless to work with SilverRock. Ask for Larry. Thank you, Roadrunner’s!
Great service. The fact that this is a warranty-certified shop makes it A1.
