After being told I’d have to wait weeks by a warranty company to have someone repair my AC, I called Roadrunner and someone was out the next day. Bill was able to assess the problem and fix it within 20 minutes. He was kind, courteous, and punctual. If I ever have anything go wrong with my plumbing, heating, or air conditioning.
I have owned homes in various places across the country and have faced a myriad of plumbing issues and dealt with countless plumbers and I have to say, Bill is hands down the best plumber I have ever worked with, He's straightforward, no BS, honest, on time and responsive--my project cost came well under the original estimate. He's my go-to for any plumbing or AC issue.

Did not show up. Would not return phone calls, emails or texts. COMPLETELY unprofessional and profanity language when he finally did show. Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy and his crew at all costs.
