Roadrunner Really Rocks! – My boyfriend and I recently moved to Charlestown over Labor Day weekend. Roadrunner was recommended to us and we couldn't be any happier with our decision! Dave was extremely helpful with scheduling and reassuring us that everything would go smoothly. The movers were fun, fast and the cost was much less that originally quoted. I can't say anything negative about our experience with Roadrunner and we will be sure to use them for our next move!!!
They are the best – Recently had our second move with RoadRunner and, once again, they rocked! The crew of Paul, Tony, Edilyson and Pedro were pleasant and speedy, the whole move was way faster than the estimate, and all my interactions with the company (including Dave and Dennis) were positive. I can't imagine why you'd want to use any other moving company in the Boston area.
Great moving company! – I could not be happier with the service that Roadrunner provided. I was relocated to California and had to totally trust them to do what they promised over the phone. Dave Mareira was extremely helpful and handled everything like a true professional. And the movers did a GREAT job, showing up on time, treating everything with care, assembling the furniture, and doing it all for LESS than I was quoted. I highly recommend this company!
Best Movers – I called Roadrunner on labor day weekend as my movers backed out on me. Moving on Labor Day weeked in Boston is already a nightmare because everyone in town is moving but became a real disaster when my original movers told me to check out the yellow pages when I called inquiring where they were. Great Movers! – I moved from Boston to Brighton this week using Roadrunner Moving & Storage Inc. I cannot believe the quality of service I received! the men, Homero, Terry and Dino, arrived on time and were very polite and friendly. They treated my furniture as if it were precious cargo, carefully wrapping everything up and moving it up and down multiple flights of stairs. Best of all they were quick and efficien. I would recommend Roadrunner to anyone looking for an easy, and comfortable move.
Highly Flexible and Service Oriented – My fiancee and I hired Dave and the team at Roadrunner for our in-Boston move based on the recommendation of a colleague. Best movers in Boston! – I used Roadrunner last week for the second time and they were outstanding (again). Paulo, Carlos, Pedro, Eugeny and Scott worked their hardest to get me moved out and moved back in in a very timely manner (i.e. before the elevators turned over to the next person). Smoothest move I have ever experienced – We were extremely pleased with Roadrunner's performance from start to finish. They are real professionals that have moving down to a science and they understand the importance of customer service. I had no worries at all the day of the move because I knew that the guys knew exactly what they were doing and that made the entire moving process less stressful.
