Would not use any other movers – Great guys to work with, they are hardworking, knowledgable and earn your trust immediately. Moving is stressful enough, I have had my share of bad movers and it can ruin an already tense situation. I have used Road Runner multiple times and it is been great every time.

Great Experience – Moved from Boston to Washington, DC, and had to have my things stored for a few weeks in between. Roadrunner was fantastic all throughout. It felt as if they partnered with me on my move, taking the time to understand my needs and concerns, and then addressing them. The move was uneventful and I was pleasantly surprised at their timeliness, attention to detail and friendliness. In short, they did what they said they will do. Great Moving Company – I used Roadrunner yesterday for my move and could not have been happier. My inital contact was Dave who replied quickly to my email and was friendly, helpful and sensitive to my situation (moving out of an apartment after a break up). The movers were there exactly on time and practically ran in and out of my old apartment moving my furniture and boxes.The final cost was $30.00 less than the estimate and worth every penny! Absolutely fantastic! – These gentleman were extremely efficient, careful with all items (even an art deco glass lamp from the 30s made it through unscathed. They guys were very responsive and put all my furniture in place including setting up the bed.

great movers – great customer service, they covered all pieces of furniture carefully and were timely. I would use this company again without hesitation. pricing was also reasonable compared with some other companies and they do not hassle you once you make contact

Professional, solid moving company – These guys did a great job of moving me from my 5th floor apartment (ouch) into a new place in Charlestown. They were professional, treated my items and my home with care, and have great customer service as well. They did a great job quoting me, responding to my initial inquiry in a prompt manner, and the job took just as long as they said it would. These are the guys you want moving you – I had this group move me out of a rental, into their storage for 4 months, and then into another condo. They came all the way up to NH to pick up additional items on move in day. The storage period was undefined as I didn't know when I'd be moving into the new place. Not a thing was scratched, they were helpful and prompt, and willing to help in any way they could, including checking to make sure the furniture was where I wanted it before leaving.
