They come in with this pitch about helping streamline the process, being the Go-To for customer service and making sure our pick-ups are done timely with a 24 hour turn around. They also claimed it would lower our bill because they negotiate terms and provide recycling. Total lies. Our service has gone to pot, our dumpsters are overflowing on a consistent basis, they cancel pick-ups and nothing but excuses. Road runner recycling is an absolute scam. All they did was take over our account and rather than saving us money on recycling they charged us for it and our bill increased 20%. It’s a joke
