first rate The clown experience through Roadrunner Florist is first rate. We had them deliver an arrangement for a 5 year old's birthday party in full clown makeup - it was a huge hit. We've used them again for our baby nephew's first birthday party that the family went bananas over. Stupendous service.
An Amazingly Satisfied Customer WOW! Not only did Tina take my order on a Sunday morning, she went to the shop after hosting a party at her home to create my arrangement, and personally delivered it to the hospital for my new great nephew! We had a beautiful arrangement delivered to my mother-in-law. I chose to ask Pamela to create the arrangement and we were very pleased with the size and quality of the flowers.
The flowers were perfect but paled in comparison to the customer service. Our daughter ordered flowers delivered to her Grandmother on the one-year-anniversary of her Grandfather’s passing. The delivery person stayed and visited awhile to share in the joy and sadness of the moment. It meant everything to a grieving 84-year-old-widow living alone. Such grace and human kindness can never be repaid but I’m certainly going to try and hope you will join me by always ordering your flowers from Roadrunner Florist.
I called yesterday from Pennsylvania to place an order for flowers for my great granddaughter, Aubrey who is in PCH.and they were very courteous on their phone. Aubrey just got them and she loves them. Thank you so much.
