Love starting my day at RF. The classes are 45 minutes and I always leave feeling awful in the best kind of way It’s been so nice to meet people that want to support you with your goals, it makes waking up at 5am worth it!
The best gym ever!!!! Not just a gym but a community who helps you stay on track with your goals, all of the trainers are so knowledgeable and always answer any questions I have. I train with my best friend Nat and she has been here for over a year and she has lost 22kgs, we usually join the classes they have running and I’ve seen the most amazing results and have never stayed on track like this before!! 🖤
I absolutely love going to Road Fitness! The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I genuinely look forward to every visit. The group classes are my favourite, very motivating, and the trainers make sure everyone feels comfortable no matter their fitness level.
