DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY. They steal your money and the owner refuses to do anything about it. I wouldn't use them again if they was the only towing company!

I use USAA roadside. They dispatched this company to tow my car. They showed up within time specified. The young man who came with the wrecker was a SWEETHEART. Had all information correct and was very personable. My experience with them was good.

Had this company pick up my car that was a contractor for AAA. It took them a long time to get to my destination that wasn’t that far from their shop. They picked up my car to take it to different garage. The guy who was driving the tow truck I ask him does he know where to take my car. He acted like he did and after they dropped me off. I ask them again did they know where to go even explained it to him. And even said garage and where it was at. Extremely disrespectful company that has no respect towards their customers. Blames their customers for everything & takes no responsibility. Wouldn't recommend because they lose the keys to your car when towing! “Owner” supposedly calling from an unknown number to speak to me makes matters even worse.
