I had an incredible experience at Road Runner Sports in Bellevue, all thanks to Ryan! I came in struggling with both plantar fasciitis and ongoing knee issues, unsure of what footwear would actually help. They got good insole and products. However worst customer experience. You are grace of God if someone attends to you, also no carry bags in the store after buying shoes.
Customer service has gone downhill. I came with my daughters to get her new shoes. After I stood by check in spot for 15 mins, the customer rep walked passed me, ignored me and helped someone else who came behind me. When I told him I've been waiting, he said he didn't see me, I said I have been standing for 15 mins. He said he didn't see me, and don't need to be here if I don't want to be here. I was ready to spend a LOT more money than I did, but one of the employees pulled Simon away for his lunch break while he was talking with me and explaining the issues with my feet and the shoes he'd recommend for me. Ultimately I left with a single pair of shoes, the only ones he actually got to talk to me about, but I wanted to leave with at least 2 or even three this visit.
