Pretty disappointing first impression. Spent 10+ minutes along with multiple other customers with no help, no greeting or even acknowledgment. Girlfriend bought a pair of shorts and we had stated we were interested in a fitting, but had somewhere to be and didn’t have the time required that day. Very detailed and helpful. Customer for life
Always had a good experience here thus far. It does get busy sometimes, but the fitters here are very good at their job and are always happy to help. AJ was super helpful and took great care of me when I was looking for new road runners and trail shoes with wider toe boxes. Thank you AJ and team!
Be very careful at this store. They will lie to you all the time to get you into their vip program. They will say go get vip then you can run try the shoe out and if you don’t like it you can always return it. But when it comes time to return they will only give you in store credit. The salesman’s are all about getting you into their ecosystem and not helping you out. Absolutely terrible store and company. Would strongly recommend people go anywhere else
Honestly, I wasnt expecting such a great experience. When you first walk in (make an appointment if possible!!), you get taken by one of their reps to do a complete foot scan. My reps were AJ, and Lauren, super nice, extremely knowledgeable and overall great people. I genuinely felt cared for. Afterwards we tried on some shoes. I wasnt able to find the right fit for me because I have super super super wide shoes, but I was STILL given advice afterwards on how to find the right shoe for me even though they weren't able to hel... read more
