Great service at a local campground. Had leak under bathroom lavatory and in that tight space (have a 24’ camper van) he managed to fix that leak. Thanks Kevin. Will keep your card for future reference if I am on the FL east coast again!!!
We called Road Runner RV Repair to assess our hot water heater on our '98 Dutch Star. He was able to come first thing the next morning. A replacement water heater was needed but one wasn't available prior to our departure from this campground. He referred us to another certified technician in the area we were traveling to and didn't charge us anything for the hour he was here. He was very knowledgeable with our water heater and I would highly recommend his services.
I called Kevin regarding an issue with our toilet leaking. He stopped the same day to check it out at the end of his busy day and came early the following morning as agreed. He is very professional and customer focused. When he discovered the cause of the leak, he showed me the reason so I knew what happened. He is very knowledgeable and pricing was extremely fair. I would not hesitate to use him again.
Kevin was quick to come to our site. He made an assessment and began the process for part order and repair. He is very dedicated to the work that he does. He communicated to us frequently. We also had another small issue with the fresh water connector breaking on our nautilus P1 system. Kevin knew exactly the part I needed and had one on hand. He was able to walk me througb this simple replacement. Once again, Kevin provided excellent service and support. I highly recommend Kevin and Road Runner RV for all your RV needs.
