Awesome selection and awesome service! Definitely wanted to make sure that the right shoe would fit my foot and stabilize it while running.
The sales associates were very knowledgeable and overall phenomenal. Spencer assisted me and did a great job assessing both my waking and running style. He measured my foot with precision and presented diverse but targeted shoe options for my needs. I communicated that I was not interested about making a purchase but I still received incredible customer service. If you need shoes then you need to go to this place. What a wonderful experience and incredibly informative. Well done Virginia Road Runner. Keep up the great work!

I had the the most AWESOME experience and service! On a random phone call inquiring about an online purchase, the young man was super helpful and took his time to explain and assist me at the time of closing! He gave me some wonderful information about the proper shoes for what I needed and supporting my repaired Achilles tendon. I hung up the phone inspired to run again and excited to get my sneakers and stop by the store for some more information and assessment.
