Excellent service, these guys really know their stuff. Mark was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helped me switch from running in the wrong shoes to getting something much better suited to my physiology. Brandon was also very helpful on another visit. Very friendly place. Great running store.
I’ve recently just started running and had purchased cheap running shoes. Road Runner came highly recommended when I was in search of inserts in an attempt to lessen my knee and ankle pain. Turns out my shoes were the reason why I was having pain and many thanks to Brandon I was properly evaluated and fitted for two pairs of shoes! The service here is incredible! I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff, and they always take their time to recommend products that are perfect for my needs.
Brandon (the manager) and Mike truly understand running mechanics and more importantly, care about their customers. They took truly exceptional care of my wife this evening. Instead of trying to upsell her on newer shoes, they took the time to understand why she had knee pain and recommended a suitable insole. Thank you for a fantastic experience! We will be back.
