The first time I visited your store, the gentleman at the counter was great. I said I'd come back on my lunch break to purchase some shoes. I came back the next day, ready to buy, and couldn't get anyone in the store to speak to me. After waiting about 10 minutes for at least an"I'll be right with you," which I didn't get, I left. What's up with that? I've heard such great things about your store. Not cool, man. Not cool.
