We had an exceptional experience with Road Runner Mobile RV Repair. James was able to fit us in the same day we called for help with an LP alarm that went off, followed by a CO2 alarm. He meticulously tested our entire propane system and lines, ensuring everything was safe. Despite our alarms going off later, James didn’t hesitate to come back out. James has been such a blessing to us. We knew nothing about RVs and he was able to get our RV fully set up, then walk us through every aspect of it in a way that we could comprehend. I took videos of everything and still refer to it once in a while when issues come up. When issues come up we can't fix ourselves I text James and he always responds asap and tries to troubleshoot via text/call and if we can't do it he shows up same day. I called James with an RV problem that I needed solved ASAP. He came right out the next day and troubleshooted until he found a solution! So so so appreciative both for the solve to our problem (slide outs couldn’t be brought in with the switch) and for his speediness in coming through for us! We literally called 4 or 5 other places and only James was willing! He’s your guy!!
Just call James! We were desperate on Lanier Island and were lucky to have found him. RESPONSIVE, picking up the call immediately and willing to come out ASAP. Easy to COMMUNICATE with, as he texted his ETA and was spot on. PROFESSIONAL when he arrived. He took time to listen to, and diagnose, a number of our issues.
