Always top notch service and sewing! It's refreshing to shop from small businesses that care about people, plant and product! Been rocking my COMRAD Lightweight 20L Backpack for years while hiking, climbing, bikepacking, traveling and it's still going strong! Amazing bags by an amazing company. I use my Jumbo Jammer just about every day, and when it came time to buy replacement straps after losing one, they sent me an extra set with a handwritten thank you note! Durable, American made products like these are getting hard to come by, and when the people behind them are as nice as this it’s the cherry on top.
