Horrible customer service! Landon ignored me for over a month until I requested a Supervisor. Then he apologized and kept sending me the wrong quotes. He's either overworked, incompetent, or both. Don't trust the plethora of positive social media ads. This Company doesn’t care about its customers.

Roach Home Improvement is an excellent choice if you are looking for a quality contractor that stands by their work. They replaced the roof on my 1925 home in Grand Rapids. They first talked me through the options and answered all of my questions. The team that did the work was knowledgeable and worked so hard to make everything perfect. The roof is beautiful! The gutters are falling down one of them have already fell after a year we called and they won't do anything about it we have called many times nobody answered until we emailed them they said they will look at it its been months

Roach did extensive work on our home in 2019 after a hail storm. We’ve been happy with them in all aspects. Over the past 6.5 years we’ve had a couple of minor repairs/replacements that have needed to be done. They’ve been accommodating, fast and professional. Highly recommend them for their customer service over the long haul.

I had a fantastic experience with Roach Home Improvement. The team was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job on my mother’s roof. A special shoutout to the funny father son duo, James and Jacob Clement, who went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensure everything was done perfectly. Highly recommend!
