I had been using this Company for years. Then recently I was double charged for a month. When I inquired about it. I was told by the owner Bill. That I didn't pay for December. I told him I checked my credit card statement. And I paid December. He got nasty and disrespectful. After I canceled the service. Very unprofessional.
Just did my first contract with them. Very kind and professional people. They did well in explaining everything to me, as a first time home buyer. They know what they’re doing. Support small businesses, because I called. Different corporation for Pest control & termite contracts, they didn’t offer to do the work Roach Busters did. Thanks to their awesome staff. Will definitely recommend
