Totally impressed with the customer service, the quality of work, and the pricing structure. We don't have much time between the final results of our tournament and the delivery of the trophy. Ro-Mac is fast and efficient and willing to meet our deadlines. People taking care of people is a rare commodity in modern times and Ro-Mac has taken it to an art. Keep up the great work!
Needed engraving for a graduation present at the last moment. They completed the job, even though they were backlogged. Making me "the best grandpa EVER". They also made me me a magnetic sign. Great and professional people there. Thank you all!
If I could give this zero stars I would. My daughter was promised banners to be ready for today. She emailed with Angie at the company and she assured her they would be ready. This was for all the sponsors of a fundraising tournament. We had 11 local businesses that were to be acknowledged for their support. My daughter even acknowledged that they closed at 3pm and she was assured there would be no problem getting them and she would email when ready.
